      financial advice. All numbers, scenarios, and simulations are illustrative examples for
      learning — not real financial data or recommendations.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Club FLE website ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are under 18, you should use the Site with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Educational purpose only — not financial advice

Club FLE exists to teach financial literacy concepts. The Site's content — including the AI Money Coach, Business Simulator, games, goals, quizzes, and all other features — is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. It is not, and should not be treated as:

Financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice
A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, asset, or product
A prediction or guarantee of any financial outcome
A substitute for advice from a licensed professional

Before making real financial decisions, consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney who can evaluate your individual circumstances.

3. Simulated and illustrative content

All dollar amounts, budgets, spending data, business figures, profit margins, startup costs, interest rates, and growth projections shown on the Site are fictional or simplified illustrations created for learning. They do not reflect real market conditions and will not match real-world results.

References to real companies (for example, in business comparisons within the Business Simulator) are used solely as illustrative educational examples. All trademarks, brand names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. Club FLE is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any company mentioned on the Site, and no such reference implies endorsement in either direction.

4. No accounts; children's use

The Site does not offer accounts and does not collect personal information (see our Privacy Policy). Features that save information do so only on your own device. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Site and any real-world financial activities inspired by it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it for commercial republication, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's original content, design, text, and features are owned by Club FLE and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may use the Site for personal, educational, non-commercial purposes. Educators may use the Site in classroom settings.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLUB FLE AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES OR DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE SITE'S EDUCATIONAL CONTENT — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
