 The short version: Club FLE does not require accounts, does not ask for
      your name or email, and does not collect, store, or sell personal information on our
      servers. Anything you type into the app stays on your own device.

1. Information we do not collect

Club FLE is designed to work without accounts or sign-ups. We do not collect:

Names, email addresses, or contact information
Ages, birthdates, or grade levels
Financial account information of any kind
Photos, videos, or audio
Precise location data

2. Information stored on your device

Some features (such as the Event Planner and AI Money Coach) save your entries using your browser's local storage so they are still there when you return. This information never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this website.

3. Third-party services

Hosting. Our website is served by a hosting provider that may automatically process standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) to deliver the site and protect against abuse. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Fonts. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts. When a font loads, Google may receive your device's IP address as part of the request. See Google's privacy policy for details.

We do not use advertising networks, analytics trackers, or tracking cookies.

4. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Club FLE is built for learners of all ages, including children under 13. We take the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) seriously. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone — children or adults — no personal information from children is collected, used, or disclosed. If we ever add features that collect personal information, we will update this policy first and obtain verifiable parental consent as required by law.

Parents: if you believe your child has somehow submitted personal information to us, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.

5. Changes to this policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting children's data will be highlighted prominently.
